Production Engineer – Ready Mixed Concrete

Under: Asia Cement Product Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Asia Cement Plc.)
Division: Production and Maintenance
Reports to: Production Section Manager – Ready Mixed Concrete

Available Positions:

1. Production Engineer – Ready Mixed Concrete (East Bangkok Zone)
2. Production Engineer – Ready Mixed Concrete (Eastern Seaboard Zone)

Job Description:

• Control concrete production and transportation to ensure product quality and meet customer requirements, including providing technical solutions to customers.
• Manage raw material procurement and inventory to ensure sufficient supply for production, while monitoring material quality, usage, and losses.
• Plan and implement improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and present proposals for management approval.
• Monitor and optimize the utilization and performance of production machinery and equipment.
• Plan and allocate manpower within the production unit to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor daily operations and evaluate the performance of subordinates.
• Coordinate with related departments and participate in work planning meetings with customers.
• Ensure all operations comply with company safety policies and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering.
• New graduates are welcome, or a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, particularly in Ready Mixed Concrete (RMC), are preferred.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
