Production Engineer (Semiconductor)

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in on-site production management, ensuring manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Support process improvements and optimization in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Monitor and track product progress to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Maintain detailed manufacturing records and documentation in line with company requirements.
• Process and track production orders, inventory, and supplies to support operational efficiency.
• Prepare and distribute production reports and performance metrics to relevant departments.
• Provide administrative support to the manufacturing team, including data entry, document filing, and general office duties.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production-related environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or other related disciplines in science and engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves working closely with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and customers.
