Production Engineer (Training Management)

• Monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets, quality and delivery requirements
• Lead continuous improvement activities to improve productivity, quality and manufacturing efficiency
• Manage and maintain production tools, jigs, and fixtures to ensure smooth production operations
• Troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions
• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes, product quality, and equipment performance
• Involve in engineering activities, including documentation updates and process improvements
• Cycle time studies, line balancing, and productivity improvement projects
• Update and maintain MES system data, process models, and Work Instruction (WI)
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and product procedures
• Conduct induction, orientation, and OJT for Production Operators and Technicians
• Deliver technical and hands-on training on production processes, equipment, and manufacturing systems
• Evaluate and certify personnel competency to meet production and quality requirements
• Maintain training records, competency certifications and skill matrix
• Promote quality, safety, 5S, and continuous improvement within the production area
• Monitor training effectiveness through competency assessments and periodic evaluations

Requirements:

• Have experience in manufacturing industry, advantages if possess experience and knowledge of assembly techniques, crimping standards, pull-force testing, IPC/workmanship standards, and visual inspection methods.
• Capability to use ERP system, experience with SAP will be an added advantages
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is added advantages
• Must possess at least at least professional certificate, diploma or advanced/higher/graduated diploma in engineering or equivalent
