Job Descriptions:

• CNC Programming & Setup: Develop CAD/CAM programs (G-code/M-code) for CNC machinery (Turning, Milling). Lead setup for NPI, tool offsets, and jigs/fixtures design.
• Troubleshooting & Quality Control: Resolve shop-floor issues (tool breakage, downtime, dimensional errors) and lead root cause analysis for non-conforming parts (NG).
• Process Improvement: Optimize cutting conditions (speed/feed rate) to reduce cycle time, lower costs, and enhance overall machine efficiency.
• Documentation & Safety: Create Work Instructions (WI), SOPs, and Tooling Lists. Maintain 5S standards, safety guidelines, and support PM/TPM activities.
• Training & Cross-Functional Work: Conduct OJT for CNC operators, coordinate with QA/QC to meet GD&T standards, and collaborate with Maintenance.
• Manpower Management: Efficiently allocate team members to match production schedules and operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 1–2 years in CNC Machining, Turning Process, or Process Engineering (Fresh graduates with strong CNC/CAM background are welcome).
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of CNC Programming (G-code/M-code), CAD/CAM, GD&T, and Cutting Tool selection.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace (GWS).
• Languages: Good command of English.
• Standards Awareness: Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is a plus.
