Production Engineer (Turning Process)

Location: Bang Pa-In Factory, Thailand

Job Descriptions :

• Monitor and control overall production and product quality to meet company standards.
• Supervise and support operators to ensure proper work performance and adherence to production procedures.
• Provide work instructions and technical guidance to operators; identify and resolve operational problems.
• Communicate and assign production orders to operators accurately and on time.
• Investigate, follow up, and resolve product-related problems to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor and control machine conditions and production performance to maintain efficiency and stability.
• Respond to and resolve machine issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Support compliance with ISO 14000, IATF 16949, BCM, and OHSAS 18001 standards and requirements.
• Participate as a company representative or contact person during audits conducted by Division or related parties.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in major in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome.
• Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• TOEIC score not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
