As we continue to grow across Southeast Asia, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Engineering to lead the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.

Job description

• Lead and mentor the Drafters Department, ensuring accurate and production-aligned drawings.
• Advise on product design and product quality to ensure manufacturability and compliance.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, Sales, and Purchasing to meet manufacturing goals.
• Improve engineering workflows, drafting standards, and production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and minimize production delays.
• Develop production schedules and implement quality control measures.
• Analyze production data to drive process improvements and cost optimization.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of engineering experience in a leader ship role.
• Strong experience in manufacturing/production environments.
• Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
