Production Engineering

• Monitor and analyze production performance and KPIs such as OEE (Availability, Performance, Quality), downtime,

output and productivity to identify performance gaps, trends, abnormalities and improvement opportunities

• Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly production performance reports and support production data collection and

Digitalization to ensure data accuracy, performance visibility and traceability

• Analyze production losses and recurring problems using RCA (5 Why, Fishbone, Problem Solving);

coordinate CAPA with related functions incl. Quality (NC, customer issues) and follow up effectiveness

• Lead and support Kaizen and Lean activities: waste reduction, cycle time, quality, process stability, productivity

• Develop, review and maintain WI, SOPs, Standard Work, Process Parameters and production control standards

• Support Production Planning: coordinate manpower, machine availability, priority and capacity

• Coordinate PM / CM with Maintenance; analyze downtime to improve machine reliability and reduce breakdowns,

including monitoring and planning critical spare parts with Store / Warehouse

• Support production-related Safety activities: LOTO, Machine Guarding, PPE, Risk Assessment and JSA

• Apply a Quality Mindset in production using SPC (Control Chart, Cp/Cpk), MSA (Gage R&R) and APQP (PFMEA,

Control Plan, PPAP) to control process stability and prevent defects at the source

• Supervise, coach and develop Production Leaders / Operators within the assigned functional scope

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
