Job Description

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage the local continuous improvement program, and facilitate improvement workshops
• Drive improvement activities and root cause analysis across the whole factory
• Initiate new ideas and see them through to implementation
• Act as the go-to expert for continuous improvement tools and measurement, including 5S, SMED, PDCA and Lean
• Track and report improvement activities and KPIs
• Apply your knowledge of machines, daily production and workflow to find opportunities
• Take on other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or a related field)
• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, process engineering, or the chemical industry
• Familiarity with ISO management systems, Lean Manufacturing, TPM and validation
• Strong problem-solving and innovation skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to influence others and work well in a team
• Ability to work in a dynamic, often fast-paced environment
• Good command of Thai and English
• Computer literacy (MS Office)

Training / Key Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP and 5S
• Understanding of relevant SOPs and work instructions
• Emergency response procedures
• Chemical and waste management
• Energy and resource conservation
• TPM Program and Lean Production System
