About the role

The Production Engineering role at PT Panasonic Gobel Energy Indonesia (PECGI) is a full-time position based in Bekasi, West Java. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the production processes, with a focus on electrical and electronic systems. This strategic role is crucial in supporting the company's manufacturing objectives and driving continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing

• Support projects such as new machine development or machine modifications in the production area.
• Determine electrical part specifications for machines.
• Carry out commissioning of new machines.
• Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Report work progress and results to the supervisor.

What we're looking for

• Diploma's degree (Polytechnic) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
• From Reputable University, with min GPA 3.10
• Strong knowledge of PLC (Panasonic, Omron, Mitsubishi, etc.), Microcontroller, Servo Motor (robot cylinder, etc.), Electric Motor
• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations and the ability to implement and maintain safety protocols
• Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and methodologies
• Willing to be placed and permanent lived in Bekasi, Jawa Barat
