Production Engineering - OSAT

• Sustain production manufacturing, responsible for integrated yield 2) Manage OSAT to oversee assembly and test production flow 3) Daily manage production hold lot disposition 4) Driving improvement of production yield and test time through CIP

Main Requirements and Qualifications

• 1. Highly motivated, proven experience in supply chain management and cross-functional collaboration
• 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 4. Experience managing and driving high-performing teams
• 5. In-depth understanding of supply chain and lean manufacturing principles
• 6. 3+ years of experience in semiconductor, especially for advanced wafer fabrication or package
