Production Engineering Senior Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Production Engineering Senior Supervisor to lead and oversee production engineering activities within our manufacturing operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes, supporting production efficiency and quality, resolving technical issues, implementing engineering improvements, and leading a team of engineers and technical personnel.

Educational Attainment

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Production Engineering team in supporting daily manufacturing operations.
• Ensure production processes are capable, stable, efficient, and compliant with established standards.
• Identify and resolve production, process, equipment, and technical issues affecting quality, productivity, and delivery.
• Evaluate and optimize production processes, machines, tools, jigs, fixtures, and equipment.
• Identify opportunities for automation, equipment improvement, and process optimization.
• Prepare technical reports, project updates, engineering documentation, and recommendations for management.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, quality systems, and applicable manufacturing regulations.

Qualifications

• Preferably a licensed Engineer.
• At least 5 years of experience in die/mold and Engineering, preferably in Manufacturing.
• Strong experience and knowledge in injection molding machines, maintenance, and production environment.
• Experience in process validation, line balancing, productivity improvement, and cost reduction is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering analysis/reporting tools.
• Knowledge of automation, PLC, Sensors, Robotics and automotive/ automated production system.

Job Specification

• Experience in die/mold maintenance, machine trouble shooting and process.
• Knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

• Biñan City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Die/Mold and Engineering: 5 years (Preferred)
