Location: Dublin, Georgia | On-site | Full-time

Pay: $30,000–$60,000 annually

We are recruiting a Production Engineering SMT Specialist to support the launch and ongoing operation of an SMT manufacturing facility in Dublin, Georgia. This hands-on role will assist with line setup, process optimization, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support SMT-line launch and production readiness.
• Assist with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination.
• Identify opportunities to improve process stability, quality, and efficiency.
• Work with production and engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Maintain process documentation and support continuous-improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Background in automation, industrial engineering, production engineering, or a related manufacturing field.
• Automotive manufacturing experience.
• SMT manufacturing experience preferred.
• Korean/English bilingual capability preferred.
