Your Role And Responsibilities Process Engineer (IE/Lean Focus) is a core operational efficiency driver in the Manufacturing Engineering Department, focusing on building systematic industrial engineering capabilities for low-voltage electrical appliance production lines. This role applies industrial engineering theory and lean tools, assuming responsibility at the macro level for production line planning, layout optimization, value stream analysis, and new product engineering integration; at the micro level, leading standard work design, error-proofing (Poka-Yoke), quick changeover (SMED), and continuous improvement project execution. Through data analytics and AI technology enablement, driving continuous breakthroughs in manufacturing operational efficiency.

This role is contributing to the Smart Building division in China.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• 宏观战略层（约40%）| Strategic Level
• 1. 产线规划与布局优化： 参与/支持低压电器产线的中长期产线布局规划，包括物流动线、工位设计、空间效率优化应用SLP（系统布局规划）方法论进行新产线或产线改造的系统性设计结合产能需求预测，提出产线扩缩产的工程解决方案
• 2. 价值流分析与系统优化：定期开展价值流分析（VSM），识别Current State Map与Future State Map之间的改善机会。绘制价值流改善路线图，系统推动消除制造过程中的7大浪费量化价值流改善的效益（交期缩短、库存降低、成本降低等）
• 3. 新品引入（NPI）工业工程支持： 参与新品NPI评审，从制造系统视角提出可制造性评估意见支持新品量产前的产能分析、节拍平衡（Line Balancing）、工位设计建立新品引入的工业工程标准化流程（Checklist + Milestone）
• 4. 精益生产体系导入与推广：组织精益生产（Lean Manufacturing）理念在低压电器产线的系统性推广。组织并推进KAIZEN改善活动，建立持续改进的组织文化。跟踪精益实施效果，形成可复用的精益推广经验与标准
• 微观执行层（约60%）| Execution Level
• 5. ECRS原则应用与流程优化：对现有作业流程进行系统分析，运用ECRS原则（消除E / 合并C / 重排R / 简化S）持续优化工序设计。针对瓶颈工序开展详细作业分析，提出并实施优化方案
• 6. 标准作业设计与维护 设计并维护标准作业文件（SOP / SWI），涵盖作业要素、作业顺序、关键控制点建立并维护标准工时（ST）数据库，支持生产计划、人力配置和效率评估定期对标准作业的执行合规性进行现场审核，确保SOP/SWI覆盖率≥95%
• 7. 问题解决与根因分析：应用A3思维、8D、5Why等结构化问题解决工具，主导或支持生产现场复杂问题分析建立问题解决的知识库，推动经验沉淀与横向复制支持生产运营中的各类工业工程相关问题解决
• 8. 防呆防错（Poka-Yoke）设计与实施： 系统识别产线关键质量风险点，设计并导入Poka-Yoke防错装置或机制与质量部门协作，将防错机制纳入工艺设计和SOP标准追踪防错效果，以质量缺陷减少率和防错项目数作为评估指标
• 9. 快速换模（SMED）与柔性产线建设：主导SMED（Single Minute Exchange of Die）项目，降低产线换型时间支持多品种、小批量生产模式下的产线柔性化改善与设备和生产部门协同推进换模标准化

Qualifications For The Role

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering; IE major preferred
• Mid-level: 5-8 years in manufacturing with minimum 3 years dedicated to IE; Lean Six Sigma or IE certification preferred
• Low-voltage electrical appliances and fully automated production line experience preferred; International manufacturing corporation background preferred
• Proficient in ECRS, VSM, Standard Work, Line Balancing, SMED, Poka-Yoke, IE Seven Tools
• Proficient in KAIZEN, continuous improvement initiatives; systematic application of lean tools
• Understanding in Python, R, Advanced Excel; Could use Power BI, Tableau and data visualization; capable of basic analytics reporting
• Understanding of AI/ML applications in manufacturing; practical experience preferred
• Capable of managing multiple concurrent IE projects independently; familiar with PMP or Agile methodologies
• Could use AutoCAD, Plant Simulation or similar tools, Microsoft Office; basic programming skills (VBA/Python) preferred
• Fluent in Chinese and English; capable of international collaboration and technical presentations
