We are looking for a skilled Production Equipment Operator to join our team at Gland Pharma Ltd., responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment in a sterile manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) or Bulk Drug, with a strong understanding of sterile manufacturing and packaging processes.

Roles and Responsibility

• Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.

• Monitor and control the quality of API or Bulk Drug products during production.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and resolve issues.

• Implement and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment to prevent downtime and optimize performance.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Requirements

• Experience in operating production equipment in a sterile manufacturing environment.
