Production Executive - Biotechnology

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Executive to join our team in the Biotechnology sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, quality control, and process optimization.

Roles and Responsibility

• Oversee the production process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, manufacturing, and sales.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze data and reports to optimize production processes and make informed decisions.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc), Pharmacy (B.Pharma), or related field.
• Proven experience in production management, preferably in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies.
