Production Executive (Car Electronics)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and optimizing day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth operations, high product quality, and timely delivery

1. Production Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate manpower, materials, and machine availability to ensure smooth workflows.
• Monitor production output to ensure alignment with targets and timelines.

2. Operations Management

• Oversee production processes on the shop floor to ensure efficient operation.
• Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions.
• Ensure machines and equipment are used correctly and report maintenance needs promptly.

3. Quality

• Enforce quality control standards throughout the production process.
• Conduct in-process inspections and report deviations to the Quality team.
• Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Lean, etc.).

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and performance metrics.
• Assist in preparing production-related documentation for audits and internal reviews.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Promote a safe working environment and participate in regular safety briefings.
• Report and support investigations of accidents, incidents, or hazardous conditions.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, or related field.
2. Proficient in MS365
3. Experience in production management and understanding of production workflows, equipment, and SOPs.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Good teamwork and communication skills.
6. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Attention to detail and strong work discipline.
