PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Executive to join our dynamic manufacturing team at CBL MARKETING (M) SDN BHD'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient production process to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of our products. Based in our Juru, Penang location, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's growth and expansion.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and production targets
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimise workflows and address any production challenges
3. Monitor and maintain production data, generate reports, and identify areas for process improvements
4. Ensure compliance with quality control standards and health and safety regulations
5. Collaborate with the planning and procurement teams to align production with inventory and material availability
6. Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to drive innovation and efficiency

What we're looking for

1. Relevant degree or diploma in production, operations, or a related field
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
3. Personality: Good time management, good interpersonal skills & ability to work under pressure in a growing enviroment.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and prioritise tasks effectively
6. Familiarity with quality control processes and lean manufacturing principles
7. Able to commence to work immediately with short notice period.
