About the role
To support the effective planning, coordination and control of daily production operations by monitoring production performance, productivity, capacity, materials and production schedules. The Production Executive ensures that production activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with quality, food safety, safety and operational requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Daily Output reporting
- Productivity monitoring
- Total production weight tracking
- Total tank produced tracking
- OEE monitoring
- Production capacity monitoring
- Repacking Record management
- Analyses sales order and coordinate daily and weekly production requirements
- Develop and monitor production plan based on sales demand, finished goods and stock level
- Coordinate packaging material and raw material requirements with procurement/purchasing and inventory coordinator
- Stock Finished Goods level monitoring
- PM stock ordering
- Sales Order vs Delivery Order Statistics trendline analysis
- RM & PM stock level monitoring record
- HSE Committee (Production Representative)
About you
- 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Diploma or Degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related field
