What they need
- Overseeing daily production schedules and output efficiency
- Managing floor operators and ensuring compliance with GMP standards
- Performing Qualification/Validation Activity for OSD2
- Manage required documentation in strict compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards
- Analyze equipment requirements and ensure safe, proper operation of production machinery
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Work Experience: Fresh Grad or 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Fresh Grad or Hands-on knowledge of cGMP, process validation, and operating pilot-scale processing equipment (e.g., granulators, coaters etc)
- Regulatory & Safety: Basic understanding of the concept and requirement of cGMP as well as GDP.
- Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills, good cross-functional communication and project coordination.
