Production Executive

1)         To plan and organize resources to ensure production target is achieved and goods delivered as planned.

2)         To manage production team under his /her charge to work towards company’s goals.

3)         To conduct training to subordinates as and when required.

4)         To carry out general administration and uphold the discipline of subordinates.

5)         To propose continuous improvement in the production line through process innovation, work procedures and optimum manpower placement.

6)         To achieve monthly production plan according to yearly production plan and plan resources accordingly.

7)         To ensure products meet the specifications and quality requirement.

8)         To observe all ISO and safety procedures in the day-to-day operations.

9)         To maintain good housekeeping and a clean working environment

10)       To communicate with all levels of Management.

Job Requirement:

1)         Possess a diploma in production management or related field, or at least three years of experience.

2)         Knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations.

3)         Good organisational, time management and leadership skills.

4)         Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.

5)         Good communication skills.

6)         A team player.
