PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

• Responsible for the production of drug products from acquisition of all materials through processing, subsequent packaging and delivery of the Finished Products to warehouse in accordance to planning from Division Manager and Marketing Department.
• Provides overall directions for administrative operations in the warehouse, dispensing, processing and packaging according to planning or schedule advised by Production Department Head and Marketing Department.
• Prepares production monthly and daily schedules in cooperation with production officers, supervisor, warehouse supervisor and/or other multidisciplinary member.
• Responsible for ensuring that all machine or equipment is correctly validated, labeled and utilized with the help of production officer.
• Assists in conducting GMP inspections and self-inspections. Ensure the strict adherence to cGMP, GDP and SOP written procedures.
• Ensure all cleanliness, safety, quality, SOP, cGMP procedures and company policies are followed and complies in production areas.
• Responsible for maintaining high level of employee morale competence, development, training and conduct yearly appraisal on all subordinates before reporting to management.
• Prepares, review and analyze monthly objective target reports, monthly closing report, weekly BSC reports and other relevant reports with the help from production officer.
• Manage and monitor daily production activities against achieving production objectives, targets and cost.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary team such as warehouse, purchasing and laboratory on production related matter.
• Monitor and review the in-process parameter of formulation product and quality improvement of product, product batch costing, yield and losses for product.
• Ensure products compliance and necessary personnel to carry out investigation, Root Cause analysis and Risk Assessment on batch failure, analyze and implement the remedial CAPA action to avoid reoccurrence with advice from Quality Assurance Department.
• To ensure proper documents record, update and maintain proper recording for department such as process parameter, training, production report and other related document for easy retrieval.
• To plan, schedule, conduct, perform assessment and record training such as SOP, GMP, BMR and other related modules to production subordinates.
• To perform any additional task given by the immediate superior and management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Science related preferably in chemistry and relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.

• Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.

• Excellent in communication skills, Research and Development for new product.

• Knowledge in handling the production management.

• Knowledge in GMP and ISO 9001 procedures.

• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

• Experience in maintaining safety records, reports, and compliance documentation.
