Purpose To support and coordinate day-to-day production activities, ensuring that production is carried out safely, efficiently, and as per the required quality and production schedules

JOB DESCRIPTION - PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

Designation: Production Executive
Department: Production
Qualification: B.Sc.
Experience: 0-3 Years
Reporting To: Production Manager / Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and coordinate daily production activities as per the production schedule.
2. Monitor production processes and ensure that production targets are achieved within the stipulated time.
3. Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Stores, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth production operations.
4. Monitor the availability of raw materials, packing materials, and other production requirements.
5. Maintain and update production-related records, registers, and documentation.
6. Monitor production parameters and report any abnormalities, breakdowns, or process deviations to the concerned senior.
7. Ensure that production activities are carried out in accordance with approved SOPs, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
8. Coordinate with the QC team for in-process and finished-product quality requirements.
9. Assist in identifying production-related problems and support corrective actions.
10. Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices in the production area.
11. Monitor manpower utilization and coordinate with workers/operators for effective execution of production activities.
12. Prepare and submit daily production reports and other required reports to the reporting manager.
13. Ensure proper handling and utilization of raw materials and minimize production losses and wastage.
14. Support implementation of process improvements and productivity enhancement initiatives.
15. Perform any other production-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of production processes and manufacturing operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to maintain production records and documentation
• Problem-solving and analytical ability
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/factory environment
• Knowledge of safety and quality practices

• B.Sc. graduate
• Freshers can be considered
• Candidates with relevant manufacturing/production experience will be preferred
• Willingness to work in a factory/production environment
• Good attitude, discipline, and learning ability
