- Develop production schedules and coordinate production activities to meet timely delivery of products
- Work closely with procurement team to maintain sufficient stock level
- Manage and allocate manpower effectively to optimize production efficiency
- Monitor and maintain production equipment to minimize downtime
- Prepare and analyze production reports to track KPIs
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce wastage, improve processes and product quality
- Perform on job training for production staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain food safety standards such as HACCP and GMP
