Production - Executive

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering (IE), or related engineering field.
2. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
3. Strong leadership and people management skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
5. Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Experience in production planning, process improvement, and team supervision is an advantage.
7. Completion of leadership or management courses/training will be an added advantage.

Specific Experience:

1. Proven experience in garment manufacturing production.
2. Hands-on experience with SAP for production planning and control.
