Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Required languages: English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily production operations to ensure adherence to established production schedules and quality standards.
• Plan and manage manpower allocation and material requirements to optimize production efficiency and minimize operational disruptions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to reduce downtime, enhance operational efficiency, and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure strict compliance with food quality, safety, and hygiene standards across all production areas in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Develop and implement training plans for production personnel to enhance skills, improve performance, and ensure adherence to operational standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis on non-conforming products in collaboration with relevant departments and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
