What they need
- To lead, improve and sustain Autonomous Maintenance in the department such as inkjet printer nozzles maintenance, forklift maintenance etc
- To lead, plan, coordinate for all packing related tasks and matters, including troubleshooting any issue arises
- To hands-on support the team members including driving forklift, stacking and all packing related tasks in the case of manpower shortage
- To support HOD in all reports and summary in relation to packing tasks and activities (analysis on bags’ weight distribution, maintenance done or to be carried out, ensuring proper checklist execution for critical points)
- To be innovative and carry out necessary improvement projects/ideas to minimize labor intensive tasks
- To ensure cleanliness of process line during SKU changeover in compliance to the quality set by both production internally and QAQC dept
- To perform daily stock reconciliation (such as pp bags, ink, sewing threads etc) and take necessary actions/steps to ensure sufficient inventory
- To organize, schedule, arrange and ensure bagged feeds are in good conditions with proper labelling and tagging to adhere the sequence of FIFO
- To constantly schedule and check for weigher calibration in order to ensure bagging weight accuracy at the controlled variance possible
- To plan, coordinate and work closely with team members to ensure smooth operation such as fulfill production requirement in terms of bin availability and deliver bagging samples to QC on time
- To follow up CAR issued after audit and ensure submission on-time for closing
- To communicate, motivate and work closely with team members and stakeholders to enable them to work together effectively and productively.
- To promote, guide and ensure subordinates having a safe and healthy environment to work
- To complete all additional and ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time as well as ensuring workplace sanitation is performed according to schedule
- Adhere to regulations, legislative and other procedures such as HACCP, Machinery Department, GMP standards and requirements.
- Perform any work or responsibility assigned by the Management as and when necessary.
