Production Executive – Injectables

Roles and Responsibility

• Oversee the production of injectable products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance product quality.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
• Train and guide production staff on new processes and procedures.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in production operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in production injectables, preferably in a pharmaceutical company setting.
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
