Production Incharge – Printing & Manufacturing

Role Summary

We are looking for a Production Incharge responsible for independently managing shop-floor operations, achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, controlling wastage, and ensuring timely completion of jobs as per production plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor daily production as per job priority and schedule.
• Supervise printing, binding, finishing, and packing operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to job cards, approved samples, specifications, and SOPs.
• Manage manpower, machines, materials, and production resources effectively.
• Monitor production targets, productivity, quality, wastage, rework, and rejection.
• Ensure smooth WIP movement and timely completion of production jobs.
• Coordinate with CTP, Pre-Press, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, Accounts, and Dispatch.
• Resolve production bottlenecks and minimize machine downtime and delays.
• Maintain daily production records and submit performance reports to management.
• Enforce discipline, safety, housekeeping, and process compliance on the shop floor.
• Lead production staff and ensure accountability for assigned targets.

Candidate Profile

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in printing, publishing, packaging, or manufacturing.
• Diploma/Degree in Printing Technology, Production, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of printing and post-press processes.
• Proven ability to handle manpower, production targets, quality, and deadlines.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
