• Return vehicles and keys to their original locations after completion
• Follow dealership rules, schedules, and lot protocols
• Represent Bed Bright professionally while on-site
• Accept coaching, corrections, and quality feedback during training and ongoing work
• Complete work efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Maintain consistency across all trucks regardless of time pressure or volume

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions exactly without shortcuts
• Comfortable performing repetitive, process-driven work
• Strong sense of personal accountability and respect for other people’s property

• Basic smartphone proficiency (photos, forms, communication)
• Professional appearance and behavior while on dealership property
• Willingness to sign and follow Bed Bright™ training, quality, and safety standards
• No history of reckless behavior, negligence, or carelessness in prior work

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in auto detailing, paint correction, reconditioning, or body work
• Experience working on dealership lots or around high-value vehicles
