Glück Global Pvt. Ltd., an SLBFE-licensed recruitment agency (Licence No. 3759), is recruiting eligible candidates for a production-related employment opportunity in Germany through our partner network.

We are looking for Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Process Technology, Food Science, or a closely related discipline passed-out graduates or candidates with relevant internship or practical experience in food processing, manufacturing, factory operations, production lines, packaging, quality control, or related technical environments.

Job Overview

This is a practical production-related role in Germany. Selected candidates will work in a structured shift environment and should be comfortable with factory, Nonveg food-processing, packaging, manufacturing, or production-line work.

Salary and Working Conditions

• Hourly salary: €15 per hour
• Estimated gross monthly salary: approximately €2,600 , before applicable deductions, based on 40 hours per week
• Working hours: 40 hours per week , including Saturdays
• Shift patterns: Morning, afternoon, and night shifts
• Occasional overtime may be available based on operational requirements
• Saturday work may be required regularly
• Work location is generally within approximately 5 km of the accommodation
• Candidates should be able to ride a bicycle for daily commuting
• If the workplace is more than 5 km away, transport support of €6 per day is provided by the employer
• Shared-room accommodation: approximately €400 per month
• Wi-Fi is not included; employees must arrange their own Wi-Fi/mobile-data package

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Process Technology, Food Science, or a closely related discipline is mandatory.
• Passed-out graduates or candidates with relevant practical exposure
• Internship or work experience in production, food processing, manufacturing, packing, quality control, factory operations, or similar fields
• Physically fit and willing to work in a shift-based environment
• Comfortable with production-related responsibilities
• Able to ride a bicycle
• Willing to relocate to Germany after completing the required recruitment, documentation, and visa process
• Ready to begin the process promptly

Joining timeline: Selected candidates are expected to join in Germany in the first week of December 2026 . Employment contracts are expected to be issued within approximately one week after successful employer selection and completion of the required process.

Important Information

Candidates should be prepared for applicable recruitment, training/academy, documentation, visa, insurance, KMK where applicable, flight, accommodation, and initial living expenses. A detailed expense structure will be shared with shortlisted candidates before they proceed.
