What they need
Responsibilities:
- Mengatur operasional Produksi dalam satu shift
- Memimpin tim produksi
- Monitoring Proses produksi berupa Traget Quantity, Yield dan manpower productivity
- Bertanggung jawab atas Quality product yang di produksi
- Membuat shift report
- Trouble shooting & kordinasi dengan deperatemen lain untuk kelancaran proses produksi
Requirements:
- D3 jurusan Pangan / Teknik (Experiemced/ Fresh Graduate)
- Memahami proses produksi / manufacture. lebih baik jika ada background di industry makanan
- Memahami Food Safety, Halal, NKV dan ISO
- Mempunyai Knowledge terkait machinary dan Trouble Shooting
- Mempunyai pengalaman memimpin tim
- Bisa mengoprasikan MS Word, Excel dan PPT
