Findmea Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and experienced Production / Forklift Operator to join a well-established, family-owned manufacturing business based in Carbrook, Brisbane.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a manufacturing environment, has experience operating production machinery and holds a current forklift licence. The Role

Working within a production facility, your primary responsibility will be operating and monitoring production machinery, with forklift operation and material handling also forming part of the role.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Feeding materials into production equipment
• Operating a forklift to move materials and finished products
• Performing quality checks and identifying production issues
• Completing manual handling and general production duties
• Following workplace health and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
• Meeting production targets and quality standards
• Working collaboratively with the wider production team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current LF forklift licence and practical operating experience
• Previous machine operating experience, ideally within manufacturing or production
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
• A reliable, punctual and positive attitude
• The physical fitness required for manual handling and hands-on duties
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in manufacturing, building products, steel, plastics, concrete or other industrial production environments will be highly regarded.
