Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Oversee plant operations, including maintenance schedules, quality control processes, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to production planning, supply chain management, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry.
• Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of Production Management principles, including planning, controlling, and optimizing production processes.
