• Salary Range: 12 to 15LPA(Negotiable based on experience and core competence)
• **Education Qualification:**B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Surface Coating Technology, or M.Sc. in Industrial/Applied Chemistry.

Key Responsibilities
1. Production Operations & Manufacturing Planning

• Production Scheduling: Lead end-to-end operational planning, raw material estimation, and daily batch scheduling to align with demand forecasts and delivery timelines.
• Process Optimization: Oversee chemical blending, synthesis, reaction, and packaging operations while ensuring high operational efficiency (OEE) and yield optimization.
• Capacity Utilization: Evaluate plant bottlenecks, optimize reactor throughput, and lead process automation initiatives to scale production volume safely.

2. Technical & Portfolio Execution

• Product Oversight: Manage multi-product manufacturing across:
• Electroplating & Surface Treatment: Pre-treatment cleaners, degreasers, and plating baths.
• Corrosion Protection: Zinc flake, phosphating, rust preventives, and conversion coatings.
• Anodizing Chemistries: Pre-treatment, etching, coloring, and sealing solutions for aluminum substrates.
• PCB & Electronics Plating: High-purity chemistries for printed circuit boards and micro-electronics applications.
• Quality Assurance: Partner with QA/QC teams to ensure batch consistency, strict conformity to customer specifications, and compliance with IMS/EN 9100 standards.

3. EHS, Regulatory & Compliance Management

• Safety & Environment: Enforce zero-harm EHS policies, safe chemical handling, hazardous materials containment, and waste treatment protocols (ETP integration).
• Compliance: Ensure plant operations align with local Pollution Control Board (PCB) regulations, factory acts, and ISO certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

4. Team Leadership & Resource Management

• People Management: Direct, mentor, and evaluate plant engineers, shift supervisors, machine operators, and shop-floor technicians.
• Cost Control: Drive lean manufacturing practices, inventory reduction, chemical loss reduction, and utility cost management.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
