About Us

Lord Krishna Handicraft Exports is a Greater Noida- based exporter of handicrafts, home decor products and fashion accessories to international buyers. We are looking for a Production Head to lead our production floor and make sure every export order is made, packed and delivered on time.

Role Summary

The Production Head will own the entire production-to-shipment cycle. This includes planning production, managing the workforce, maintaining quality, and coordinating packing, documentation and dispatch so that every shipment leaves on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily and weekly production schedules across the export line to meet buyer deadlines. and Supplier
• Make sure all shipments are packed correctly and on time, as per buyer specifications and packing standards.
• Coordinate with the shipping and logistics team, freight forwarders and CHAs for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Oversee export shipping information and documentation, including packing lists, invoices, shipping bills and container/cargo planning.
• Supervise production supervisors, artisans, karigars, finishing and packing staff.
• Monitor quality at every stage, from raw material to finished goods, and do pre-shipment inspections.
• Track raw material availability and coordinate with purchase and stores to avoid delays.
• Manage vendors, job workers and outsourced production units.
• Reduce wastage, rework and production costs while maintaining quality.
• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, social and safety standards, and export regulations.
• Prepare regular production and dispatch reports for management.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Complete knowledge of the export line: order processing, production planning, packing, labeling, and export procedures.
• Strong knowledge of shipping: shipping documentation, Incoterms, container loading, freight and delivery timelines.
• Product knowledge of handicrafts, home decor and fashion accessories, including materials such as metal, wood, textiles, glass, resin, beads and fashion jewellery.
• Understanding of finishing, plating, polishing, painting and packaging processes.
• Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Working knowledge of MS Office/Excel and ERP or production tracking tools.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate or diploma holder in Production, Industrial Engineering, Export Management or a related field (preferred).
• 1 to 12 years of experience in production and export operations in the handicraft, home decor or fashion accessories industry, with at least 3 to 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Proven record of meeting export shipment deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
