Production Helper

Job Title: Perfumery Helper

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Perfumery Helper to assist the production and perfumery team with basic day-to-day activities. The role involves handling materials, assisting with production tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the team as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist perfumers and production staff with daily work and basic production activities.
• Carry, move, and arrange raw materials, bottles, containers, and other production items.
• Assist in preparing materials required for perfume production.
• Help with filling, transferring, packing, labeling, and arranging perfume products as instructed.
• Keep the perfumery and production area clean and organized.
• Clean and maintain basic tools, containers, and work areas.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials when required.
• Follow instructions from the supervisor and production team.
• Follow basic safety and hygiene procedures while handling materials.
• Ensure materials and finished products are properly arranged in designated areas.
• Support other general production and housekeeping duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a production, factory, perfumery, or similar environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual work.
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Basic awareness of workplace safety and cleanliness.

Working Conditions

• This is a hands-on production support role requiring standing and physical movement during working hours.
• The employee may be required to handle fragrance materials, packaging materials, and other production items.
• Appropriate PPE and safety procedures must be followed at all times.

Pay: AED1,100.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
