Production Helper

About the role

SUPER CANDY CORPORATION is seeking a Production Helper to join our dynamic team in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in our retail and consumer products operations. As a Production Helper, you will support our production team in ensuring the efficient manufacturing and preparation of our candy products for distribution. This position is essential to maintaining our high standards of quality and productivity, directly contributing to the success of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and setup of production equipment and workstations
• Support the production team in manufacturing candy products according to established specifications and quality standards
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across production areas
• Assist in packaging, labelling and preparing finished products for distribution
• Perform quality checks on products and report any defects or issues to supervisors
• Handle raw materials and finished products with care, following all safety protocols
• Support inventory management by tracking materials and finished goods
• Respond to supervisor instructions and contribute to a smooth workflow on the production line
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and output as required

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team environment
• Basic mathematical skills for measurements and counting
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards is advantageous
