Pay: $19.00 per hour + $0.70 per mile when using a personal vehicle for company deliveries

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Job Description:

CyberCopy, Inc. is looking for a reliable, motivated, and hands-on Production Helper to join our Westlake Village team!

We are a professional printing and signage company seeking someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and is willing to assist with a variety of daily production tasks.

This position primarily involves helping our production team prepare, finish, package, and organize printed materials, with occasional local deliveries as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily printing and production activities.
• Help with finishing tasks such as cutting, trimming, folding, binding, mounting, and packaging printed materials.
• Prepare and organize completed orders for customer pickup or delivery.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and handling printing materials and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace.
• Support the production team with general shop duties and other assigned tasks.
• Assist with local deliveries and pickups using a company vehicle when available or a personal vehicle when needed.
• Communicate with team members to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Delivery & Mileage Reimbursement

• Company vehicles may be provided when available.
• When using your personal vehicle for authorized company deliveries, mileage will be reimbursed at $0.70 per mile.
• Regular commuting between home and the workplace is not reimbursable.
• Employees must follow all traffic laws and are personally responsible for any traffic citations, penalties, or violations.

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Willingness to learn and assist with different production tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, move around, and perform hands-on production duties.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle with insurance coverage above California's minimum liability requirements when used for company deliveries.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• Previous printing, production, warehouse, or finishing experience is a plus, but not required.
