Production Helper

Job Qualifications

• High School or Vocational Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous production, warehouse, or general labor experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays.
• Willing to work in a Manufacturing set up.
• Willing to be assigned and work at Sterling Business Park, Tabing Ilog, Marilao, Bulacan.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic production equipment, tools, and material-handling processes.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain standing for extended periods.
• Familiarity with workplace safety guidelines and the ability to comply with established procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively with production staff and other team members.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and within required timelines.
• Basic computer skills for recording production data and accessing relevant operational information, when necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide support to production personnel in carrying out daily manufacturing and operational activities.
• Prepare, arrange, transport, and organize materials, tools, and equipment required for production.
• Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and proper organization of the production area.
• Assist in packing, labeling, sorting, handling, and preparing finished products for storage or delivery.
• Follow work instructions and directives provided by supervisors and authorized production personnel.
• Comply with company policies, safety regulations, quality standards, and established production procedures.
• Assist in monitoring materials and supplies to ensure their proper handling and availability for production activities.
• Perform other production-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Pay: Php600.00 per day
