Production Helper

Job Title: Production Helper
Department: Production
Reports To: Production Supervisor

Job Purpose

To support daily production activities by assisting machine operators, handling packing and packaging work, maintaining cleanliness, and following proper food safety and hygiene standards in the production facility.

Education

• Basic education preferred.
• Previous food manufacturing experience will be an advantage.
• Freshers are welcome to apply if they are willing to learn.

Experience

• Experience in food manufacturing, dairy, beverage, plant-based products, or FMCG production is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and personal hygiene throughout the production area.
• Assist with packing, filling, labeling, and packaging activities on the production line.
• Handle, carry, and arrange cartons and finished products properly.
• Transfer and store products and cartons in the designated cold storage areas.
• Assist machine operators with daily production activities.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Keep production equipment and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow instructions from the Production Supervisor and complete assigned duties.
• Support other production activities as required.

Working Conditions

• Work in a food manufacturing facility.
• Standing for long hours and performing physical activities may be required.
• Work in wet, chilled, and hot production areas.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime depending on production requirements.
