Production Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain proper filing, documentation, and record-keeping systems within the department.
• Assist in preparing, updating, and organizing production records, reports, and checklists.
• Ensure pre-delivery checklists are properly completed and maintained.
• Assist Engineers and Supervisors in updating and maintaining records in the PEGASUS system.
• Support Production Engineers in pre-checking moulds, reinforcement, embedded items, and other requirements before concrete pouring activities.
• Assist in post-pour concrete inspections and monitoring activities.
• Support the maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality documentation.
• Collect, compile, and organize production data for reporting purposes.
• Learn to create and present easy-to-read visual representations of data, including charts, graphs, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments to support daily operations.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:

  • Civil Engineering
  • Construction Management
  • Manufacturing Engineering
  • Material Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Or other related disciplines

• Internship duration of at least 3 months.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to work in a manufacturing and production environment.

• Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn.
