👨‍🍳 Position: Head Chef - Production Kitchen Requirements Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Head Chef or similar senior kitchen position
• Strong experience in production kitchen operations
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, recipes, and production processes
• Ability to manage and supervise kitchen staff effectively
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, quality, and portion control
• Ability to maintain consistent food quality and production standards
• Good planning, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
