GX Outdoors is currently looking for a reliable and motivated Production Labourer to join our Bundaberg team in a full-time, Monday to Friday role. This position is suited to someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, takes pride in doing a job properly and knows their way around a workshop or manufacturing environment.

About the Role:

As a Production Labourer, you’ll be involved in the fabrication, assembly and preparation of components and finished products.

Your day-to-day work will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and assembling products using drawings, specifications and parts lists
• Reading and interpreting assembly and manufacturing drawings
• Checking your work and making sure finished products meet our quality standards
• Using tools, equipment and machinery safely and correctly
• Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe
• Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
• Completing production and quality paperwork as required
• Reporting hazards, injuries and near misses
• Working alongside the rest of the team to keep production running smoothly
• Looking for practical ways to improve how we do things

About You:

You don't need to tick every box, but you'll be a good fit if you:

• Are reliable, hardworking and willing to get stuck in
• Have good mechanical aptitude and enjoy hands-on work
• Have experience in manufacturing, fabrication, assembly or a similar environment
• Can follow instructions and established processes
• Have a good eye for detail and take pride in producing quality work
• Put safety first and look out for the people around you
• Work well as part of a team
• Can communicate clearly and speak up if something isn’t right
• Are willing and able to obtain relevant licences or tickets as required
• Have a forklift licence
