Production Labourers

• $38.38 p/hour + $5 shift allowance + penalties

About the Client
Our Client is a well-respected leader in the manufacturing industry, specialising in galvanizing and steel production. With a strong focus on quality and safety, they provide a supportive environment where employees can grow and develop their skills. They are currently seeking motivated workers to join their team in Narangba.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Production Labourer, your duties will include –

• Machine maintenance
• Manual handling
• Working with metals, bending, cutting
• Loading raw material into machines for processing
• General production labouring
• Operating Forklifts to load and unload trucks and move materials

Shift Structure

Day shift - 5am to 1pm Monday to Friday

Afternoon shift - 1pm to 9pm Monday to Friday

What You Will Need
To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:

• Driver's license and own transport
• LF Forklift License - highly desirable!
• Ability to pass PEM/DAS testing
• Previous industrial manufacturing/workshop experience
• Ability to work in hot, fast-paced environments around heavy equipment and mobile plant
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling and repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
