Production Lead

Dental manufacturing company in Bethel, CT seeks a mechanically inclined and motivated individual to join our production team as an Assembly Lead. We will train the right person to learn the ins and outs of our core product line. Over time, you will become the primary point of contact and lead person for our small, dedicated assembly team, coordinating workflows and ensuring accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

• Learn to build and master the custom assembly of our core dental product line.

-Serve as the main point of contact for the assembly line team members, providing guidance and answering daily workflow questions.

Qualifications:

-Mechanically inclined with an interest in working with tools, components, or light machinery

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and eager-to-learn attitude

-Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality over speed

• Must be a team player!

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
