Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain workplace and equipment conditions to fulfill the GMP and food safety requirements.
- Perform minor maintenance, defect finding & minor defect solving.
- Cooperate with the maintenance team and production superiors in troubleshooting and problem-solving during any downtime.
- Cooperation with maintenance team and production superiors in carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance.
- To lead a team of operators in daily duty.
- To update daily report and documents.
- Operate machinery: Set up, test, and adjust manufacturing equipment.
