Production Leader

Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure that operator is working as per trained and qualified.
• To ensure welder operator standardized work in accordance with the operation instructions (safety, process, quality)
• Responsible for the "5S" in the GAP area
• To ensure welding lines are running smooth and per SMAC cycle time.
• To lead troubleshoot on welding defect due to welding robot or process.

Requirement Profile:

Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience:

• Minimum Certificate in Welding Technology Engineering or Equivalent.
• At least 3 years related working experience in automotive components manufacturing industry, experience in exhaust system industry will be a plus.
• Knowledge and experience on welding robot programming (will be advantage for this position).
• Team player, good communication, active, Self-motivation.
• Able to work in shift: night shift/day shift.
