Production Leading Hand

Could you be our next Production Leading Hand?
 
Based in a high-performing manufacturing facility in Corbould Park, this is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for both people and production — not just one or the other.

This isn't a clipboard role. You'll be on the floor, keeping machines running, managing workflow, and leading from the front.

Your new role

• Lead a production team on the floor across roofing mill operations
• Coordinate output and keep production flowing efficiently
• Take ownership of equipment, maintenance, and servicing schedules
• Ensure safety standards, procedures, and compliance are upheld
• Troubleshoot production and machinery issues as they arise
• Support training and development of team members
• Step in operationally when required — this is a hands-on role

What you'll need

• Manufacturing / production experience (essential)
• Exposure to machinery, plant or equipment environments
• Leading hand or supervisory experience
• Forklift licence (essential)
• HR licence (advantageous)
• Strong understanding of safety, maintenance, and operational processes
