Production line leader

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and control daily production activities to ensure compliance with Work Instructions (WI) and production plans.
• Lead and monitor production staff to achieve productivity, efficiency, and quality targets.
• Ensure production processes are running smoothly, safely, and according to company standards.
• Supervise daily production and ensure quality & safety standards
• Lead and train production staff to achieve targets
• Monitor machines & equipment, solve production issues
• Coordinate with QC/Engineering for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High Vocational degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing field.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and machine operations.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills.
