Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality pet food manufacturing.
• Maintain production schedules and meet daily output goals.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Assist with daily cleaning and sanitizing machinery and production areas to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and food manufacturing regulations, including HACCP and GMP guidelines.
• Record production data and report any inconsistencies or issues to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, food production, or warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Preferred:

• Experience in pet food production or food processing.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and food safety standards.
• Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
